Shipping & Returns

All products are made to order through Printful and will ship 2-14 days after purchase.
Claims for defective, damaged or misprinted Products must be submitted within four weeks after the Product has been delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. Apparel must be unwashed and unworn. BigCommerce does not issue refunds for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.
For refunds, BigCommerce will credit the payment method used to place the order. For orders sent to the wrong address, BigCommerce will not cover shipping charges if the courier considers the address provided to be insufficient. You must contact BigCommerce to begin the return process. Please return Products in their original packaging, include the original packing slip with a circle around the Product(s) you are returning.
